21 Day Coaching Program
During this 21-day coaching session, I’ll help guide you through the Intermittent Fasting Journal and make sure you stay on target. Every week we’ll consult together in order to not only answer your questions, but to also make sure you’re being held accountable. The #1 goal is to make sure you have a clear understanding and successful implementation of Intermittent Fasting into your own life.
- 4 laser-focused coaching sessions with me (Intro session to build a plan and 3 follow up meetings either over Skype or the phone)
- We will also break down what you are currently eating and making sure you are on the right path for lasting results.
- Email or Text me questions throughout the 21 days to make sure you get all your questions answered.
