Let's keep the momentum going from the 5 Day Challenge!!
During this 21-day coaching session, we will work together and continue with the daily challenges by customizing it to your specific health goals. It will also consist of:
- Once a week phone calls in order to adjust any actions, answer any questions and make sure you’re being held accountable.
- Daily or weekly emails with me regarding any health topic and I will make sure to respond ASAP.
- Guidance with the Simple Intermittent Fasting Journal to make sure you stay on target every day.
- Also, if necessary, help with workout plans and food lists as well!
